We are actively seeking Construction Consultants.
Our Consultants serve as investigative experts on projects in both the public and private sectors. Consultants provide expert recommendations as requested by the client. Consultants commonly collaborate with engineers to produce reports and repair estimates that are aligned with engineers’ documentation.
Canidates should have a majority of the qualifications and/or experience listed below prior to applying. Additionally, our consultants must have a desire to be technologically savvy and learn the process of negotiating and settling projects promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of field experience in general contracting both residential and commercial. Licensing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction related field is a plus.
- Experience with construction management, estimating, scheduling, and contracts.
- Proficiency with Office 365
- Proficiency with Xactimate and/or Symbility preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on writing.
- Experience in restoration and construction claims adjusting is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work on construction sites and/or disaster zone following a catastrophic event.
- Ability to climb a ladder.
